'Practice what you preach' are words that Nivi lives by. She understands that changing habits to be more sustainable is hard, and may even require a bit of sacrifice. She is aware of the mental biases that society has created around incarceration and low income. While many people in the climate and social justice space can communicate an ideal direction forward, Nivi meets you where you are. Change can be complicated, difficult and at times painful, but everyone at Soapbox Project is in it together. Nivi has created a non hierarchical space that fosters the exchanging of diverse experiences and ideas that manifests as powerful actions that have inspiring impact.
